Time to Start Planning for Christmas

August 21st 2007 23:40
It may seem premature to start talking about Christmas. It’s August, after all. Can’t we put all this Christmas planning stuff until the day after Thanksgiving.

Sure, so how much Credit Card debt do you want to be in come January? Christmas has been December 25th every day for nearly 2000 years. In, America as long as anyone alive can remember this occasion has meant purchasing gifts. Yet, each year we have folks who are surprised that Christmas has snuck up on them again.

With a little planning, you can enjoy a less expensive and more fun Christmas. Here are some things you can do to prepare for the coming of Christmas:

1)Save money for Christmas.
2)Figure out who you’ll be buying presents for.
3)Buy presents in advance.
4)Decide what type of Christmas celebration you’d like

Implementing these steps which I explain in more detail in my podcast will avoid running up high debts or stressing over what to buy someone.
