SAVE ON BREAKFAST

Are you one of those consumer sheep who blindly follow the subliminal
dictates of breakfast food corporate marketing directors when it
comes to your morning break-fast routines?
Are you one of those who have allowed your family to fall victim to
purchasing over-priced sugary cereals emblazoned with cartoon
characters on the less than full boxes, then buying expensive milk
to pour over their products to boot?
Perhaps you are indeed one of the enlightened souls who have

--Heat up a can of hearty soup with vegetables and pasta.
--Make your own flavored yogurt by purchasing large low priced

--Create your own homemade breakfast sandwich or have a traditional
one like a tuna fish or grilled cheese and tomato on whole wheat bread.
--What about those leftovers in the fridge? Why not nuke that plate of
meatloaf and potatoes for a filling breakfast?
--Whip up a bowl of steamed rice with vegetables. Jazz it with a few
spices or bottled sauces.
--How about a hot chocolate brownie topped with fresh fruit and
vanilla ice cream to go with your expresso in the morning?
