SAVE ON U.S. POSTAGE
January 11th 2010 19:15
Had it with the ever increasing price of U.S. postage stamps.
It seems that every couple of years, the clowns who run the
U.S. Postal Service want to hit consumers up for a rate
increase despite the declining quality of their services.
Here are a few ways to fight back:
1) Pay regular bills online rather than mailing a check.
2) Phone in your bill payment. More and more companies
can receive a payment transfer by getting your checking
account numbers over the phone and the amount you
wish to issue the check for.
3) Make it a habit to stockpile their so called "Forever Stamps."
You know the rates are going to go up, so consider buying
the Forever Stamps as a hedge against inflation. Keep
them in a fire-proof lockbox at home for ready, safe access.
4) We DO NOT RECOMMEND that you allow anyone to
directly deduct monthly bills from your checking account.
That's a recipe ripe for fraud for crooked employees to
saute up.
