Today is the day to start shopping for Xmas, that is if you'd like to
save major money. This week, many retail chain stores throughout
the world have slashed prices on Christmas specific products in hopes
of clearing the shelves.
While shopping yesterday, I noticed a major regional supermarket chain
had dropped their prices on holiday wrapping paper by 75 percent. Santa
Claus logo name brand candy was selling for 50 percent off.
In your shopping rounds this week be sure to breeze through the aisles
of big box stores, pharmacy chain stores and home supply stores to
check out the sale prices on indoor and outdoor decorations, candy,
wrapping paper and other items which will sell for at least twice as
much this coming December!
And please don't forget catalog and online merchants. Their prices
typically drop right after Christmas week.
